As a company we pride ourselves in advancing the range of materials and parts we are able to machine.
With the arrival of the Kappa VMC 150 in we have increased our capacity to remain competitive in the market place. Featuring a powerful 20HP high torque spindle motor and BT50 spindle, the machine ensures the highest performance cutting ability on a range of materials from steels to nickel alloys.
With the Thermal Growth Compensation function we are able to greatly reduce thermal displacement thus increasing part accuracy.
CNC “Hartford Kappa VMC130”
4 Axis, Fully programmable 4th ‘B’axis.
‘Hartrol’ programming system with Fanuc 18i controls. Thermal heat dissipation. High pressure through coolant. Many macro functions to reduce programming set up times.
